Tips para sa Stress Less Life

Stress ka ba? Baka naman kasi napakadaming mong iniisip at ginagawa. Try mo tong mga to, baka sakaling mawala ng paunti unti yang Stress mo.

Tandaan, nakamamatay ang Stress. So live a Stress Less Life!


- Dance it out.

- Go for a walk. Alone or it, it might help. 

- Then talk about it.

- Breathe.

- Go to bed earlier.

- Focus on what you can control.

- Reminisce about good times.

- Ask for a hug.

- Look for opportunities in life's challenges.

- Smile.
